I cancelled subscription but still being charged. WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK. App is not useful at all.
I have been trying for a while now to get back the extra payments which they took from me even when I hadn’t added extra or agreed to pay them. I contacted them pretty much straight away once I had realised they had taken extra payments. Clearly just want to get their hands on peoples money. I feel robbed which I suppose I have been. If you are thinking about getting this app…..don’t.
Somehow this app is changing me different amounts every month without even using it. Just received a confirmation from my bank to accept or decline a transaction of £83.99, and I wasn’t even in my phone or the app. Last month they charged me £20 something pounds and again I didn’t even used the app either have a subscription. Avoid downloading it!
I have been charged for the app on a monthly basis and have been unable me to cancel the subscription. Also it is difficult to find somebody to talk to for support !
One of these apps that makes it near impossible to cancel subscription and goes from charging 18 pounds a month to three times the amount on auto renewal. They prefer to prioritise keeping your money than making it right for customers who have felt caught out by it. Also finding a way to contact them is infuriating. Keeps going through faqs on faqs. Looking at the review feedback from the developer they keep saying they will do what they can to make it right but I have had the most infuriating exchange. would not recommend.
After reading all the terrible reviews and reading their charming responses assuring people they they would review their cases I decided to give Harna a chance. Oooh I do regret it. BE AWARE!! They charged me for two extras in the aplicación that I didn’t agree on. The aplicación navigated me through the payment without me realising that I was being tricked to acquire extras or premium packages and I ended paying more than 3 times of what I was expecting. During the process of filling in a questionnaire in order to personalised my exercise routine, the application asked questions that when I answered ‘yes’ would automatically add a premium without showing any price and I wasn’t even showed a summary at the end. It is designed to make you think that those things are part of the package. When I realised ( within an hour) that I’ve been charged for things that I wasn’t made aware of, I contacted Harna immediately to cancelled and get refund but they denied it and offered me 3 months free instead. I do not want 3 months free, I don’t want to have anything to do with this company. This is a fraudulent company, trick people and are unscrupulous. I filed a complaint and we had been communicating via PayPal for the last 7 days but they won’t give me my refund. They send you automated messages claiming that they are transparent and they are following their rules and policies. Basically they don’t care, all they want is to keep their money which unlawfully took from you. I feel robbed and I hope they don’t keep conning other people, so keep this in mind if you want to carry on with this unscrupulous company.
I signed up to the app - paid money and because I wasn’t available for some of the workouts, it’s skipped along and won’t allow me to go back to do them. Waste of money!!!
Numerous attempts to cancel the subscription and contact the provider but no response or progress.
The app itself is ok with the workouts etc. But I had a HUUUGE problem with trying to cancel my subscription. I tried cancelling through and AND the website but it would just show me the dreaded loading circle for ages. Tried for a few days assuming their site may be under maintenance. Nope! Happened for days! I was getting worried because I didn’t want to be CHARGED AGAIN and not be able to cancel and not afford it. Only giving the extra star for the support from one of their advisors (Christina) who sorted this within minutes. But this shouldn’t happen! We should have proper control over our subscriptions/membership without having to reach out to customer service. I’ve noticed a lot of people complaining about this
Please read all the reviews and believe that is true what the people are saying. It happened to me as well. I selected 3 month plan and food plan and at the end was just one mont with no food plan. I’m trying to cancel the subscription but they offered 2 month for free. At the moment I can’t cancel this subscription. Awful experience!
