Looping between sign in credentials and verification code. Tried turning phone off and on, updated app and iOS to latest version, the issue persists. Can the account be remain signed in until I chose to sign out?

Poorly designed- half of the time the app doesn’t work, taking too long to load, very disappointed

Glitchy app

The app has great features and it is pretty straightforward. You can visualise your points and cash balance immediately, and your benefits. You can do your shopping easily by applying the super-effective filters and know everything about Harrods. It's a beautiful means to have access to this sublime store. I do recommend everyone to download it.

I can’t seem to access my Harrods account. It takes my credentials and then doesn’t do anything. Very frustrating
