We just switched to Harvard Pilgram. I set up my account on the website but when I sign into the app it gives me a message to change my password on the website. Did it twice and same message. Can’t get on the app.
It only offers you to call and not show anything on the app
I’d give it zero stars if I could. I’ve had the app less than 12 hours and it won’t let me log in already. Don’t waste your time signing up on this app! M
Not sure what happened, but it scans my face and then nothing happens. I used to be able to get in, but now nothing happens. It’s stuck at the login screen. Help!!
Scans my face I get a green check box, but it isn’t actually login. It just stays stuck at the login screen, useless.
This app is just bad. I’ve had HP for 10 years and I don’t believe the app has changed much. No deductible tracker or way to download the statement of benefits. Also clunky login and out-of-date software. Just use the mobile web browser, it’s 100x better
I'm not sure if they've made a change recently, but the app works for me. I really wasn't expecting it to after reading the horrible reviews. I did have a problem logging in with the password issue the first time. I called their customer service department and they helped me. It's been fine ever since. Maybe try giving them a call? I didn't have too wait for long to talk to someone and they were quick in helping me get it resolved.
Keeps telling me the version I have is no longer supported, yet when I hit update it just goes back to the app, with the same version as the one it says to update too. Another waste of time. Then app support says it doesn’t accept emails from Comcast.net, iCloud.com, Gmail.com or me.com Nice….
Can’t even log in. Asking to change password on the website. I see people have been complaining for the same issue for months and this hasn’t been fixed? Wow
