Dears, the app is not working since many weeks now. Any update on when the app will be available?

App is not working , which is very risk on our society , Hasantak team need to fix it immediately

I have called them 4 times since I moved into the villa 3 months ago so they can activate the service and each time they promise to send someone. I am still waiting 3 months down the road

It’s not working since the last update, that’s more than 4 months now. Please test the app before releasing and read the reviews to have an idea about the major issues

Activating the bukhoor mode from the application on the mobile phone requires a secret number, which is supposed to be the same number on the device. I tried all numbers, it does not work.

The boukhour feature dosent work on the app, when the alarm is activated I don’t get notifications on my phone, please deploy a fix immediately
