Hastee

Been trying for a month to get in touch with Hastee to solve a problem, where I cannot withdraw and Hastee does absolutely nothing to help. Sounds brilliant at first but when you have trouble don’t expect any technical help from them.

I’ve been at work my work place for 6 months. My work colleagues have been able access this app yet I haven’t, I’ve double checked there isn’t a fault on my side. It refused to notice my email. Bit disappointing

They keep sending me the same security code and when I enter it, it says invalide code. Why are you sending me an invalid code, hastee?

The app signed me out and now will not let me log back back in. Sent an email and have heard nothing back . Iv emailed them 3 times and have had no response back!

Good idea but doesn’t always work. Some days your work doesn’t go over till the next day. Today I worked…it’s late now 8:30pm, but my work is not showing, It looks as if I didn’t work at all today. Most of the time it is available by 7pm. Would get 5 stars if it actually works everyday and on time too

After being introduced to Hastee by my new job, I’ve been really impressed by the layout of the app and how quickly it works. Explains everything from how much you’ve made from your shifts, to what you can withdraw there and then. And also has a great suggestion for financial advise for those who may need it. 5 ⭐️!

This app lets me see how much I’ve earned each week plus allows withdrawals before pay day which is a wonderful feature when faced with an unexpected bill etc! Easy to use too! Well done Hastee!

After signing up and having to wait for my employer to send over my “data” the app has worked flawlessly. I was confused at first as my earnings were not showing but after contacting Hastee support team I found out that past earnings are not accrued and only earnings after you have completed signing up will be available. This was fine for me as I still had 10 days until cut off time. I’ve just withdrawn for the first time and the payment was instant! Very impressed with this innovative app. You can only withdraw up to 50% of your earnings so there’s no need to worry about being broke on payday. Just be smart. The transfer fee is also a flat rate of £1.75 no matter how much you withdraw.

Absolutely love this company! Their so friendly and have gone out of their way to make it possible for us workers to be able to access our money weekly so we aren’t struggling through the month! Theres a small charge each time u withdraw BUT its only the same as paying the cash machine charge. Thank you so much
