I liked it at first, but then there was an error although it was my mistake I think there was a way to fix it without canceling the order, and even after trying to re buy from them like the first order, the promotion was canceled. I understood the whole company’s business but customer service was awful when I tried to communicate with them and hopefully make it work.

I waited about a weekend for one of their new drops just for the hat I wanted to be sold out in my size in less than a minute. I had timers and everything set and once I was upon purchase it gave me a card issue which later I got kicked out of the app because the hat was now out of stock. it’s clear their wasn’t enough in stock 🤦
