Hawaiian Airlines

This year has been a year of whether the HAL app works. It fails to list my trips. I have to login to my account via the web browser to verify the trip is listed. Then take the confirmation number input this into the app. Doesn’t matter if I logout of the app or reboot my phone. Same lack of response. So disappointed. By the way, my app is on the most current version.

Could not have been easier. Fantastic, smooth and efficient

App makes me sign in and yet doesn’t load my trips. I have to manually input my information for trips every single time I open the app. Doing anything just opens a browser window. Literally just download it to get a digital boarding pass, screenshot, then uninstall.

Not keeping up with 2024 standards, this airline’s policy is you MUST call to make any flight changes. Unable to make any changes in the app or on desktop. That’s crazy for a modern airline. Hence, why I now fly interisland with SW, as they allow you to make changes on your own. Until Hawaiian enables the feature to make changes online, you just can’t fly them. App becomes mostly to get your boarding pass.

If I could give Hawaiian Airlines app and website zero stars I definitely would. Thanks for nothing, the site asks you to sign in then asks for confirmation…the system should automatically find your reservation like other industry competitors do. Also, the app rarely updates on-time. You’ll never get what terminal you should go to for departure and after check-in the app never updates. This has to be the most ghetto run app and website I’ve seen….simply fix it ASAP! If I was head of this poorly ran website and app I’d legit be embarrassed.

When you check in online and put in 1 luggage it shows $40.00 charge. As a credit card holder we are suppose to get one luggage free.

It’s not a user friendly app. The app should save your trip information and not have you always type in your confirmation code. It should also save your payment information.

This app has always been buggy. Why do I need to enter my miles number when I’m logged into the app? Why do I need to enter my address every time I use the app to book? Why is there no option to save my Hawaiian airlines credit card information on the app so I don’t have to physically enter each time? This is the worst app of any airline.

Your app doesn’t open on my phone. I have deleted it and reinstalled couple of times with no luck!
