HBL Mobile

Hi HBL Team, The mobile camera doesn’t capture my finger prints as I am trying to register my iPhone Device. There is some issue with mobile camera configuration for HBL app in iphone. This verification was working fine with my Samsung Galaxy. please address asap.

Assalam u Alaikum everyone how are you? I am using a HBL bank app couple years ago never had any issues. But I changed my mobile phone device I can’t able to login in even adding correct credentials details. I have raised this issue with Muhammad Ali 3 times over the chat he said i raised issues with team and someone contact you. I contacted Sumbal Hayat via email she’s replied said we reset your device imei problem should be solved. Problem still remain same and I desired to let he know again but she’s didn’t respond to. I don’t have access to my account at all no one helping to solved the issue. I used to have HBL always positive reviews and feed back but this time really I have to open another bank account as there I no help you can’t access your bank account would you mind if you’re willing to help me out to resolved issue please let me know thank you Kind Regards Muhammad A Rehman.

HBL is a good service provider but have very primitive and outdated infrastructure and services and far behind with rest of the banking industry but still have much better customer services and support as compared to Useless and pathetic Bank Alfalfa customer service and support!

Using HBL app since last 3 to 5 year and they are doing pretty nice work. Very easy to use and keep intact with your transaction details and everything. Can pay bill and transfer money in a snap. Keep doing good work guys.
