No clarity of information like how much principle left, how much interest yet to be paid, how many mnts remaining.. Seems they are hiding intentionally to do more business. Developers of this app I recommend to check LIC home loan website and see how much clear info they will maintain

There is a bug after clicking on view application details it only loads but nothing works after that

There is no use of this app, it shows only disbursement amount and emi amount, where is internet amount? It should show how much principles and how much interest per emi Like SBI app.

Expecting an Institution like HDFC to test the app regularly. It’s not acceptable to have such a bugged app which can’t take its own SMS pin to open.

Doesn't even show loan outstanding amount. worst experience is it shows RS. 0 outstanding amount. can't visit branch and wait for simple details

major features to pay pre payments online via app is missing can't download statements in the era of AI and automation it's shocking hdfc couldn't afford to upgrade for better ux and customer expirence sbi does better these days. can't even use punctuation due to sloggy app

This app needs to be real time considering the fintech world and AI world is getting implemented easily.This app should be uptodate with similar technologies adopted for UPI.This will help customers to steer the loan servicing.Need more upgradation to meet with other apps in the industry.
