Health Stats Log can be used to track various statistics that support good health. The App is geared towards people with Diabetes, but can be used by anybody interested in healthy living.
With Health Stats Log you can track Glucose, Insulin, Exercise, Carbs, Weight and Other types of information on a daily basis. You can add notes to each value entered for later review. Health Stats Log uses Apple’s Core Data Technology with iCloud to store your information, so it’s available on multiple devices (iPad version in development). Health Stats Log calculates averages for Glucose (7/14/28 day), Exercise and Weight.
Integrate your data with HealthKit, including Glucose, Weight, Carbs, Blood Pressure, Steps, Cycling and Walking.
Currently, you can plot Glucose, Insulin, Exercise, Carbs and Weight, which helps you visualize trends in your health. The Plot features:
- Display 7/14/28 Days of data
- Display ‘categorized’ data based on intervals (Morning, Daytime, Evening, Bedtime)
- Display Values for data
- Show Target lines for Glucose, Exercise, and Weight
- Display Average data
- Uses a unique split graph for display individual and total Carb data

NO WAY
All my data is GONE!!! I have been tracking on this app for a month and now it's gone. Wow. I want my money back immediately and hope others do not waste their money. Gone!!! Really?

Great App! Recent update deleted my database, I hadn't backed it up.
Doesn't open
This app won't open. Just flashes a black screen then closes. I have closed all my apps, rebooted my device and redownloaded it. Same problem. The app support link goes nowhere. And I paid for this! Serves me right for trying an app with no prior reviews.
Excellent App
This is an excellent app for keeping track of your health related statistics. I recently had a mild heart attack and needed one place to keep track of all my stats. (Glucose, BP, Weight, etc). This app fit the bill perfectly. You enter the numbers into a log page, then you can view them in a graph, over time you can see your progress. Graphs and charts can be emailed. I bring the charts to my doctor when I go for check-ups. It has many settable options you can control from the iPad Settings app page. Thanks for a great app. . . . . . . . . Bob
Love this app
This app is just what I need. I can organize all my data, including food and exercise, in one convenient place. My iPhone is always with me so no more paper. Entering is quick and easy. I can email the data to myself and my medical team. I highly recommend this app
