Interesting interactive experience
It’s been just 3 days since I have started on HealthTick. I have begun to understand a few things about drinking the right amount of water and hunger levels. The app makes this journey interesting through interactive tools. Let’s see how this goes.
Building the right habits
I came across this app while browsing twitter and what caught my attention is sustainable weight loss by changing habits. I am using this app for about 3 weeks and what I like the most is, app doesn’t suggest any diet plan or ask to do the dieting. It’s all about how do you enjoy the food without over eating it. What are the different emotions where we ended over eating and how to correct it. I still eat pizza or burger but now I enjoy the taste more then just for the sack of eating it. Another thing I liked is, it helped me increase my water intake and now I am drinking minimum 4L daily and seeing benefit of it. What this app needs is 5-10 mins of read on what to take one step at a time and you will move towards more active life style without compromising on your favourite food.
