The Calendar doesn’t sync to your phones calendar when you press add to calendar. It’s more than likely because it’s not updated frequently. It’s worked in the past but not now. Can you please update this app.

This app is awful. The app is very flat and does not offer the powerful features that most apps, such as MyChart, offer. For starts, the bulk of the features is a redirect to the doctor's website. If I can go directly to the website, why having an app that does that? The messaging feature is extremely impersonal because you can't communicate with your physician directly. It is a general mail box that seems to be sort out to the doctors after they receive the message from the sender. The messaging feature lack a robust reply and forward features. Sometimes, I am forced to use forward to reply a message from my doctor! Letters and documents added to the records are extremely hard to find or simply won't show at all. I wish my doctor switch to MyChart. This is a very not impressive app.

Never been able to make an appointment or pay a bill using this app like it says you can. This app needs regular improvements and updates but hasnt had an update in 8 months which is crazy.

Having worked in the hospital clinical apps side using Cerner products, I can say this company is miserable at the end user experience and making improvements. This app needs to be fully functional on an iPad. The lack of ability rotate the app window between landscape and portrait is a big functional gap. Also, the app does not honor the FaceID toggle. This setting is toggled on for me, yet it still requires me to login with credentials. Every. Single. Time. I sincerely doubt that anyone at Cerner reads these reviews, or even cares but maybe someone at Oracle will. Probably they’re busy trying to fix the VA fiasco though… Who knows…

The writing is very small, navigation is difficult, and if you leave a message for a doctor, and the doctor responds, you cannot respond back to the doctor without opening a whole new message. I have different doctors than my husband and use the Stanford portal and it works very easily and it’s easy to read.

Overall a decent patient portal that allows for easy communication between patient and provider, and delivers fast reports for labs, diagnostics and clinical visits. My one complaint is the Notification indicator will not clear. It perpetually show one notification when all have been read, addressed, etc. I would love to find a way to clear that. I’ve tried everything, numerous times.

Never can access my messaging option, doctors do not appear in the app or on the EAMC portal. Receive notices that I have messages. But, no messages are in the portal. There are error messages. And, it says to contact provider for questions. However, no provider is listed to know which doctor tried to send a message. Very frustrating.

I use a number of medical apps including Epic which is top notch (it even offers pie charts and graphs of my historical data), but HealtheLife cannot even handle the most basic functions. For example if I try to look at a test result, it just says “see note” or “see scan”(which is nowhere to be found) and if I click “learn more about this”, instead of explaining the purpose of the test, it says no results available and lists a bunch of possible general searches. The one star is only because the app does alllow me to message my doctor, but I have found no other reason to use this app.

The smartest thing you guys did has been nit having feedback in your app! Beyond the annoying failure of logging in the app has few effective function!
