Everyone should leave one star reviews for all apps that block you from using them until you update. It’s an extremely user-hostile pattern, particularly in situations where users cannot update the app quickly, or at times when they need it most.

Good response - accurate near 99%

It’s not accurate at all. I went to polyclinic and their systems showed me the jabs I took every single year and this system showed I took nothing. So horrible and useless app. What a joke.

This app is great if you can log in. Their link to SingPass does not work. Why HDB, CPF, IRAS, ICA work perfectly with SingPass but not the HealthHub app is beyond me! Programmers please test your app releases and updates before updating them! Thanks.

Can’t add more than one child, unintuitive UI, hard to do anything useful. Truly a waste of taxpayer money.

After I upgraded my phone to iOS14 the HealthHub App does not load. My other phone which is not upgraded yet works just fine.

App won’t open on second of use. Extremely disappointed with national healthcare app to be so unreliable.

The app is not allowing login with SingPass in iOS 13 though authentication passed at SingPass Mobile.

Been a long time since this big and no fixes. Crashes on launch

I can’t even launch the app to use because it crashes. Major fail.
