The perfect app for beginner-advanced
I’ve been following Kylie on Instagram for a while now and when she announced the app I was excited to try the 7 day free trial, and it did not disappoint! I’ve been using the app consistently for 3 weeks now and here’s my review. I love everything about it, I love that there’s videos to help with form and so you know you’re doing the right exercises, I love that you can choose a random workout, a set muscle group or a weekly schedule- the diversity is great and not a strict linear plan which is great for me and my motivation. Kylie’s has clearly thought about all areas of a session, showing how long the workout is, warm ups and cool downs and it’s just so clear simple and concise. I’ve tried tones of apps and this is the only one I’ve properly got on with, I think it’s because Kylie has made it really personal and easy to use it doesn’t feel serious and intimidating. I’ve been going to the gym on and off for 10 years and I still find it pushing me. My only con is sometimes it can be buggy but the app is new and this will always happen at the beginning! This week I’ve started on the food side of the app to get my nutrition in check and i’m excited to see even more progress from my side and to see the app and community grow. Thanks Kylie for making it, you’ve really upped my game!
