Diet plan is good enough and I reduced body weight as I expected. coaches are very helpful. I didn't receive any smart scale since 3 months as they promised from the beginning. In addition, they took extra 3 month subscription charge while continuing a 6 month healthify PRO plan. There is no direct responsible persion for our complaints.
I can’t get the app,after downloading the app while typing otp it get stucked why????
Only calling for take package & get money out of you. They offering 10 times to take personal coach. I denied but still pushing for personal coach. Disappointed
The search bar to find the food is very bad and difficult to use. The item you search for appears for a second and disappears and shows a list of totally unrelated items. Been using this app since 2017 never had an issue since. But now I think you have such a huge database. That the search isn’t working effectively.
I have reconnected with Healthify me because I have confidence that my diet coach Dr Jyoti Paruthi will motivate and guide me through my journey. She is compassionate and understands the challenges and helps me overcome those.
I was conversing with a support agent and mentioned I'm from Pakistan, seeking desi food (Indian Cuisine). The response was that the app is exclusively for Indian users. Despite considering a premium package based on numerous reviews, it would have been helpful if the app clearly stated its limitations to save time spent watching reviews.

Useful app features. Coaches who worked with me were excellent.
They kept changing coaches (who left bcz they were pressing them for sales) and don’t want to refund money even if its their fault Don’t fall for them- they are cheating big time
Lousy app.Doesn’t work.No healthy recipes or customized diets available.It just asks for repeated payment prompts to access the premium content even after payments.
