Did not receive TAC
Been trying to login but forgotten password, clicked on Forgot Password, but never received TAC. Kindly help
Panel listing loading forever
Unable to search panel listing because it keeps loading and stuck at loading.
User friendly

Too limited choice for clinic with 24 hours operation hour.
Lousy customer service
I still got further questions but the online customer relation officer ended our conversation. When I chat back with them, they send another personnel and I need to re-explain the whole grandmother story. Terrible experience
This app has weird logic
Their system ask me to retrieve login otp from the previous company that I left 6years ago. Thank god I manage to rmb my password or else can’t login at all
Can have more refinements on the UI
Overall the app is good, but looks like there are too many Material themed UI element on this iOS app
Efficiency
Responsive and easy process from the beginning to end.
Data not synced
The data between the App and the clinic portal is not synced. As the App shows rm500 balance of credits, the clinic’s portal is only showing rm380. It is lucky that I did not go for the higher cost treatment, else i have to fork out my own money. Please fix this.
