Hey dev team ! I can’t register . I tried with med net number and my emirates id. I’m 100 % sure I put my info correct. But have the same error: wrong number or date of birth. I tried it 10 times it’s just doesn’t work !

Post registration- your app suppose to send pin on mobile and email Where is email pin? There is no email generated or reached my email account to verify

Please please save your hard earn money and do not buy this insurance if Mednet. There app is trash and so are they. Weeks waited for surgery to be approved and they do not care for people. They say they will escalate and or re evaluate for weeks and they do nothing it’s a shame !!
