application crashes on startup

Would be good if there was an option to select an Australian Timezone

Latest version has rendered the app nearly unusable. It crashes on open every 2-3 times and won’t restart without a reinstall or turning my phone off/on again. Otherwise the app does that job, but isn’t the most intuitive interface. The recipe and profile sections aren’t well explained.

Hard to set correctly because no matter how hard I try I cannot permanently change the date

This App is totally frustrating. It assumes that the world is divided into 4 time zones and refuses to let me enter any day or time. Why does it not get the day and time from the internet like any normal program.

This app has worked brilliantly for 12 months but after the latest upgrade will not hold the time / date in Australia so is requiring a fix!

This app to control the Heatmiser system is good but not great... Hardware -I’m using the app to control a 2 manifold,5 zone, 10 run wet underfloor heating system, I have 5 white neoAir thermostats connected to the NeoHhb. The app connected easily to the hub and adding the thermostats to the ap was straightforward...the dashboard show asnpshot of all elements of the system on the left wth a large panel to the right for viewing the highlighted zone... I find that the size display of actual temperature of each is small and would like it larger.. a small point. Where I think there is significant room to improve is in tools to assist oversight and management... this ap is for smart heating and outside remote management there is limited - what I would call smart functionality... As one example ..In this day and age with focus on energy conservation it would beneficial to.include functionality to assist in bill management... for example the reporting provides a snapshot of temperature overtime in a zone but does not differentiate the time when the system is heating or not... more granularity would allow a picture of the hours of heating to maintain the desired temperature , this arms the homeowner to make better informed decisions about system management ...

So I’ve spent thousands of dollars on underfloor hearing and the wireless ability of this system is woeful, despite my local suppliers fine efforts to make it work.... it doesn’t! How about creating a system that can actually connect in a domestic situation?!

This app is stuck in portrait mode on iPad. This is absolutely useless if you use an iPad on a wall in your house as the controller for your home automation. As the iPad, in these situations, is mounted on the wall in the landscape position, you have to tilt your head with your cheek resting on your shoulder to use this useless app.

Nice easy to use application. Well integrated with the wall mounted thermostat. Minor improvements could be: - display of boiler error messages - ability to swipe back to previously viewed pages It has excellent utility.
