I get all of my hot sauces from here, and the app is easy to use.

App is great. Selection great. Rewards program is great. Integrated payment methods for quick check out via Shop Pay and Apple Pay is great. Easy to use and navigate and check out. I’ve been buying thru the app for a couple years for all my hot-sauce needs and have never bothered to go to their site via browser.

Heatonist is my go to place to order hot sauce, however the app has one massive problem. You can’t access the “hot” category of sauces on the app. All sauces with a heat score of 7-8( my preferred heat level) are very difficult to find and sort through on the app. Currently if you select the hot category, it sends you to the hottest category, and the only way to find sauces marked as hot is to look through the list of all sauces and find them there. If this problem gets restored it would be a 5/5 app, as the rest is fantastic. Ordering is easy and the selection is great. I just wish they fixed this issue

Convenient for a centrally located source of hot sauce, other than that, it is overpriced, shipping is high and the rewards redemption system needs work. Not enough info on the sauces and all the good ones are consistently out of stock for indefinite amounts of time.

I love shopping here and will forever continue to. All i ask is that packaging is better wrapped when traveling to overseas addresses! 11/10 as always!

If you love, hot sauces, this is the best place to buy your hot sauces. The app is easy and fast.

My fiancé and I LOVE these hot sauces so far! So excited to receive the purchases we just made! So flavorful and yummy! The app is so easy to use!!

This app needs an overhaul so that it’s easier to use and to avoid all the pushes. One quick example - one should be able to reorder an item from a previous order with a swipe and a tap or two. Another - why is there a pop up for me to download the app that I’m already using?

And I love that they’ve made the app to purchase their sauces and keep up with new releases so easy to use and elegantly simple.
