This bus company systematically gives the residents of Jaywick a bad service( this is by design, not by accident) SHAME ON YOU FOR YOUR DESCRIMINATION.

It’s well designed, works well, easy to use and it’s very reliable. The perfect app! Please never change it.

you should add widgets to the app so you can select what stops you want to see on it make the app even better otherwise i would recommend this app

I love this app. Real time tracking is a brilliant feature. Also like that it tells me how much co2 I’m saving (compared to car travel) on each journey.

The timetables are not updated and there is no live tracking facility. Given the appalling unreliability of the buses themselves this application is simply a nuisance. The times the 'planner' gives are wrong and when you find a pdf timetable the buses don't run. This is a deliberate attempt by the operators to end the service.

As I get on HC buses are the mobile app works really good and yeah

Absolute bottle job of an app. The old app was great but now have removed the ability to buy monthly and weekly tickets on my route for some reason. Don’t bother installing.

Tells me there is no bus at 19:02 yet there is. The app does not show the bus at all yet I get the bus this time every day!
