they require you to approve the third party access to your transaction(trustly) in order to pay for the insurance👮🏼‍♀️

I tried to use the chat to ask Hedvig a question about my insurance order. I type a whole message and hit send but the message just disappears. I had to retype it again and the issue repeated several times. If the chat is the main channel to get in touch with Hedvig, it is very concerning that this issue exists

On the rare occasion you need support, such as when my personal belongings which also carried high sentimental value were stolen, you’re likely to receive a response like I did such as “you are not covered because your items were left unattended.” God forbid you weren’t at home attending your house while it gets robbed… You get what you pay for. Go elsewhere. Spread the word. Save your friends and family the hassle and disappointment. They don’t deserve to be in business much longer.
