This hellenic app is so out-of-date, it feels like they still in 20th century, where push notifications are future technology, cashback is unaffordable luxury, and they make 10 updates just to present the unique online feature of showing the balance.

Couple days ago after upgrading my iOS from 15.7 to 16.1 app was stop working with “Something went wrong. We experienced technical issues. Try again later” message. Reinstallation = same troubles.

Please: 1. Update Google Maps data with your branch office locations. My nearest branch 274 is missing on the map. 2. In the app add a setting to open address of the branch in Google.Maps app (or at least allow copying address field), is it supports navigation on Cyprus, while Apple Maps don’t.

1. На карту нельзя выставить лимиты. 2. Нельзя сделать накопительный счёт, что бы держать там основные средства без привязанных к нему карт. 3. После проведения платежей через клиринг, у них меняется дата. Допустим я сделал покупки 3 дня назад, просыпаюсь сегодня утром и вижу операции которых не делал. При этом нигде в информации об операциях невозможно найти оригинальную дату совершения платежа.

And nothing. It just doesnt work with error screen on this tab. Excellent work!

Очень корявое приложение. Архинеудобное, но альтернативы нет. Разработчиков на кол, без сожаления

Убрали пункт «История платежей», где можно было без ввода данных просто повторить платёж по уже указанным реквизитам. Хотел оставить отзыв через приложение, а кнопка не активна. :((((

Good stable app comparing with competitors. Of course it’s not a Russian banking with whole possible features but okay)

Good to have faceID, contact pay and new design, but PLEASE return the ability to see income and expense for the period!
