This app is asking for money now. I am not asking for this app. I am forced to get it. It has to be free. It’s the end.

Moved into a new apartment in august and it’s November and I still have not been able to log into my account due to technical issues. It still has not been resolved which is frustrating as I can’t access any apartment updates or pay rent through the app.

Emails don’t have an unsubscribe link “in an effort to protect your account’s safety” Paying your rent through it literally just opens a link to whatever website your property owner already uses to handle your rent.

My apartment complex got bought out by a company that used this app almost exclusively for everything. However, I was one of quite a few residents that was unable to set up an account due to some unknown error on Alfred’s side. At first the support people were emailing me back, but after about a week or two, everything went silent. Even emailed just asking for an update and never got a response to this day. Property management claims they sent a help request from their end to the tech support and I never heard from that either.

Terrible app it never loads information

Alfred as a concept and the features are great. However, the app is incredibly slow and crashes every time I use it. Submitting a maintenance request would be smooth and fast, but instead takes many attempts.

This app is atrocious. It freezes, crashes, and lags constantly, completed maintenance request notifications repeatedly pop up while I am in the middle of submitting new requests (and even after I have already rated the completed request), autocorrect does not work, photo upload for maintenance requests is very slow, etc. Please improve.

I was contracted out by Hello Alfred in February of 2023. An employee by the name Manzell glover scouted me and my small pet care business and asked if I would be the designated dog care provider via their app for a local apartment complex. I then signed a contract with them and completed jobs in March 2023 that I had to hound them to get paid for for three months. They finally sent me a FRAUDULENT CHECK. They contract out small businesses and keep the money for themselves. Do not use this app!

This app is only for the management. They require you to pay your monthly rent through it. Every month it takes me 3 to 4 attempts for it to open up. It freezes,does not recognize my password. I have to attempt 3 to 4 times to pay my bill every month. The $50 fee to use my credit card is ridiculous. The only communication with this app is for the management to tell the residence what they need to know. And you should know we are paying for it. I do not like this app

Went to register for the mock tail event but it won’t stop loading. Same issue with the pizza event in March too.
