Beyond expectation!!

My mind’s blown. There’s not been one bad meal. Everything has been a hit back to back. Recipes on point, delivery and packaging is top notch! Fresh ingredients too. Moderately portioned as well (although, you could do a bit better with the rice portions, they’re quite small for 2). Everything else is perfect. I hope I keep getting discounts as I’m stuck with you guys now and I’m telling everyone who cares to listen. You can tell I’m very happy leaving this review😂

Meals are lacking

Choices are really repetitive and boring some weeks - I end up skipping loads of weeks and using Gousto or simply fresh

Don’t fall for signup discounts

Free dessert voucher didn’t work, company expected me to spend hours troubleshooting their issue. No apology. Awful app

Definitely would do it again .

We love it! Definitely do it again. It is our third week in a row and we thoroughly enjoy different styles of foods. My youngest 17 years old wants to cook it and find the receipt are so much easier to follow. We can’t wait for next week surprise! Delivery are excellent on time and been take care.

Issues every week

So far the service has been pants, in waiting for one week where everything is streamlined. The app also doesn’t show I have a lifetime offer of free desserts and I have to battle customer services weekly on this.

Great quick easy veggie meals

I’m really enjoying the variety and easy cook veggie meals ! Nothing to really dislike - I don’t like butternut squash and most veggie meals use it a lot ! Thankfully Hello Fresh don’t 😂

Quality of food isn’t as good as it used to be!!

Chicken thighs received this week were inadequate portion sizes to feed 4 adults Received rotten potatoes this week which had white mould on them Chicken went off and green in colour last week Had normal standard broccoli instead of the tender stem I should have received this week. Missing lime in a recipe bag couple weeks ago. Receiving salad from other side of Europe, instead of UK. Every week, there seems to be an issue of some sort. Getting fed up now and have been using on and off for years. Customer service is poor. Staff don’t care!!

Good!

Good recipes that work for the family, our 7 yr old daughter enjoys the kids dishes that she can cook for herself (although the choice is fairly limited). Would love to see more done on sustainability in general, organic and consciously sourced food, recycling, etc.

Meals orders

Your meals are excellent but it is very difficult to organise in my final order. I try and eliminate a dish in order to replace it with another but I can’t seem to shift this movement.
