We use Helpwise for our business and it's great. But the iPhone app is almost useless. Pages fail to load, error messages abound, and functionality is missing.

App had a ton of great potential. The overall UI and UX is very poor.

Unfortunately this app does not work. I only get either a never ending "loading..." or an error message that runs off the screen on left and right. So frustrating, because we love helpwise on a computer!

For those looking for an alternative to Helpscout that need a strong mobile app to provide support - this is not it. This app has a lot of little errors that make it unusable. Overall, I believe Helpwise has a lot of potential, but everything feels unfinished. I'll be happy to update/change this review if things improve in the future.
