After 30 rent times . They charge me 200€ for cleanings fees becouse they told me that I was smoking at the car And that’s not true . And who charges 200€ for cleaning ? Afte a lot of emails they never answer or believe me to my questions .

I have rented the car about a 100 times and i never had any problems until they blamed my that i took all the stickers off the car. Completely crazy! I have send multiple email and they wont believe me.

They ask you to register an account before you can see cars. So you do it, but at the end, you get a notification that they don’t have a hub in you neighborhood (even if they have it in your city) and you can’t be registered. But now they know and save your personal data, even if you didn’t get permission to save it. Healy, read GDPR policy. Why on Earth do you place an ad in a place where you don’t work? Does it really matter to you that I live in another part of the city?
