Can’t find the access to my playlists. Where should I look it for?
As I try to play a selective medication on my iPhone through the app, it plays for about three minutes and then the sound stops. This is really frustrating and I think I will not continue with this service.
1. The Good as is: 2. Improvement needed: a. Super expensive. No doubt. No app in the market is selling for $300 annual subscription for one year. b. Track titles are too long. App does not allow for viewing the entire title of a given track c. I should be able to create and follow a program, like for instance, the Gateway Experience. App should be able to Track my progress. d. I should be able to search for or easily find tracks by how long it is. Simply, if I have 10 minutes of wait time for a doctor appointment, and I just need to spend these few minutes meditating, why can not I? e. App is crashing when I am trying to create new library f. If I played a track in a given Album, the app should be able to mark it as played, so I would not have to log that independently g. App is not supported, graphically that is, on the iPad. It shows as it is on a phone screen. h. There is no connection between the app and my content and profile on the website.
App definitely needs some tweaking to make it easier to understand where you need to go but hemisync has given me the tools to change my life no matter how complicated the application itself is
As I've come to understand this app it is pretty awful. You pay a lot for the Hemi-Sync tracks but in order to have them accessible IN the app you must pay a minimum of $70 for a subscription? Just to play what you have already paid for? I get that everyone should make money, I'm all for that. But, this pushes past that ethos into a very craven business model. I certainly understand subscriptions to unlock all sorts of extra tracks, meditations, etc. But NOT to play what you've already paid hundreds of dollars for. Shame on Hemi-Sync.
For an app that’s been around for 6+ years (according to first review posted) you’d think it would be more intuitive and easier to use. I’m fairly tech savvy but still struggle finding my way around. 1. albums within a series are all over the place with no easy way to go from one album to the next. 2. References to guides/exercises/etc are not linked or included. 3. No easy way to report a problem for support. 4. The 7 day trial was not enough time to get familiar so I opted for the monthly subscription but I cancelled it during my first month.
App organization needs help. It’s not very well organized.
I never thought I’d find something that helps sync both hemispheres of your brain with sound so successfully. This app is amazing!
There does not seem to be any way to purchase and download a tract through the app. I scrolled through everything I could find. I also can’t find any of my previous MP3 purchases. Not much use except to play samples. Or to sign up for premium which I am not interested in. Revised 9/4/24: Music shows up on app but won’t download. Still 1/5 stars.
This is a $300 app. I’m in the middle of my meditations, and the app suddenly cuts out and switches to something else. I have tried to contact the company more than once have not heard a thing. This is a third-party. This is not Gateway. It’s really shame because this selections in the app are fantastic. But the app is worthless if I can’t do them. I’m not even sure how to cancel so I don’t get charged another $299. I keep uninstalling and reinstalling. It works sometimes and then it starts over messing up. It would be one thing if I could get some help from the developer or the company. But you can’t even do that because they don’t respond to emails or messages. So I’m leaving this here in the hopes that somebody sees it and I get some help. I’m ready to contact my credit card company and the BBB TO ENSURE IM NOT CHARGED AGAIN! Just worthless.
