We are an inclusive, supportive community for beginners who want to simply start being active with daily live classes, community challenges and virtual events. We’ve pioneered a motivational experience specifically for women, aiming to help you have fun as you build your fitness. Once you have connected your preferred tracker, whether it’s Garmin, Polar, Fitbit, Strava, or numerous others via Strava, you can start accumulating points. As you earn Her Spirit fitness points, you’ll progress through fitness levels and unlock exciting rewards for every minute of activity you complete.
Come find out if you’re a Ninja, Rockstar, Wild Cat or Warrior with our 38 levels of trackable activity.
PRICING INFORMATION:
This app is FREE to download and use for all women. No credit card is needed. Premium Subscriptions are available from £9.99 a month or £79.99 a year for higher levels of coaching support.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

It’s so easy and convenient and surprising easy to watch live classes or play them back.
Supportive community
Love the app for connecting with like minded ladies who all want to look after their physical and mental health. Everyone has their own goals and the community is supportive regardless of whether you’re planning an iron man or getting in the pool to try freestyle for the first time. Have met lovely people in real life from joining Her Spirit and improved my swimming. Thank you!
Top top App.. not just another ‘health’ app
If you’re looking to become a better version of yourself and are looking for support with eating habits, mind and/or body health look no further. There is something for everyone in this app and the community is so supportive. I’m a big fan of the live cycling sessions but also the strength and hiit sessions. There’s a monthly food planner to help with healthy choices and heaps of information about looking after yourself. In addition there’s a yoga class, Pilates class, running programme, swim programmes and much more. I’m a huge fan of the podcast that has guests from all areas of life offering insights into their successes. Come and join this fab community.

Community is ACE
I have been a part of this community for over a year. It’s just amazing how supportive, caring and encouraging it is. Not to mention the amazing coaching! This is all in the comfort of your own home.Who needs a gym? Also, the nutrition section is the best in my opinion. No fuss, education is key and changes what you believed about eating / fuelling.
A proper online community
An online community that quickly feels like your close workout buddies. A variety of online live classes to join in with at convenient times throughout the week. Knowledgable coaches willing to help you with whatever your health goal from beginner upwards. This community has given me so much joy and I continue to look forward to being part of it.
Awesome App with a community of support
This app is just brilliant! Give it a go and you won’t be disappointed. Full of advise, support for all levels.
