Please bring back contrast settings; they took out arial font as well which also is no good

One of the best features this had was the ability to change the contrast of whatever I was printing to ensure it printed clearly. For some reason with the last update they took that away and it’s something I require in a thermal printer… will be looking for a new brand if they don’t bring this feature back.

Bought a printer off amazon. This app works perfectly, definitely helps me ship my items out quicker.

Not compatible with iOS as promised.

I purchase the Neflaca bluetooth thermo printer and was directed to download this app. 1. This app has the register option and guest option. As much as i tried to register w. My number, the “format” of my phone number was wrong. I tried +1, (), - -, EVERY WAY TO TYPE A PHONE NUMBER…. The I tried my email, let’s just say I received the printer 1-2 weeks ago, I’m still waiting for the email from this app to register … 2. So I tried the guest log in, cool, figured it out and got it to print. However, this may be a minor set back for others, but I’m me, and I work in inches not mm. So I have yet to figure out how I can convert the mm into inches. It’s a huge waste of time to pull up google measurement converter …. Centimeters ? Ok, but mm, no. Anyways, please help because time is money. Thanks

There are no instructions about how to use or integrate with iPad/iPhone which is a big selling point! I got the printer and I can’t print the labels from my Etsy store. Ad said “fully compatible - easy to use!” WRONG - this is ridiculous - going back to the store!!

The packet kept telling me to download LPrint which wasn’t coming up. Well finally after going to the website I found out it was actually this site. I’ve made a label already for a shipping package & it did great! The only thing is I’d make sure it’s lined up perfectly because my first label was a little cut off so I had to reprint. Overall it’s great for IOS because my phone wouldn’t just connect to the device through Bluetooth - smh.

What’s the point of this app? The most outdated useless creation.
