From the makers of the award-winning Star Realms® Deckbuilding Game, Hero Realms® combines the fun of deckbuilding games with the interactivity of trading card game-style combat. As you play, use Gold to add new actions and champions to your deck. When played, those actions and champions generate powerful effects, give you additional gold, and attack your opponent and their champions. If you reduce your opponent's health to zero, you win!
[Non-Collectible Deck Building Game]
Hero Realms does not require you to collect new cards. You start every game with a basic deck, and will acquire cards from the shared center row to build up your deck and defeat your opponent. Victory rewards skill, and not your collection of rare cards!
[Level Up Your Heroes]
Create a hero from one of several classes (free players start with the Fighter and Wizard available). Level them up with new skills, abilities and equipment, and take them to battle in thrilling Online PVP. Hero Realms uses fair match making, only allowing matches between equal levelled heroes. However, if you feel daring, you can choose to engage in combat against higher levelled opponents for additional XP and bragging rights.
[Cooperative Online Play]
Hero Realms also features online co-operative play. Battle against challenging AI bosses with another human player as a partner. Free players have access to the Pirate Lord mission, with other co-op missions available with the Base Set purchase.
[Single Player Campaign]
For offline play, take on the Welcome to Thandar campaign. Fight your way through scripted, story-based chapters against varied AI opponents.

Free players will get to experience:
- Addictive Deckbuilding Game with Player VS Player Combat.
- Play VS the AI
- Play with the Fighter and Wizard character classes
- Level-up your characters up to Level 3
- Play the first 3 missions in the Welcome to Thandar campaign
- Play the Pirate Lord co-op mission
Purchasing the Base Set will unlock the full Hero Realms experience:
- Unlocks hard AI difficulty level
- Unlocks the Cleric, Ranger, and Thief character classes
- Level-up your characters to Level 12
- Unlocks the entire Welcome to Thandar campaign.
- Unlocks the Necromancers, Inquisition, and Orc Riot co-op missions.

Am hooked !!
Physical and digital - great game
Long time fan of WWG. I wish you could play hero realms digitally without the hero’s in custom games. Missing this feature removes a star. Card tweaks only being in discord and not available in the what’s new tab is also a star loss.

Decent
People shouldn’t be allowed to concede in the last couple of rounds. They should be made to watch their defeat and health plummet below 0. Otherwise good game!
Makes a great game exceptional
Hero Realms is a sleekly designed card game that packs so much fun and value for its small size. This digital implementation takes the game to a new level with improvements to cards, character classes, new game modes and exceptional community events.
Good
It’s like the real game you can play with online players and they have special ability cards what are not in the normal game
Top of Class Deckbuilding
If you found Star Realms and love deckbuilding mechanics mixed with PvP and don’t want the problem of ‘chasing’ loot boxes or coins to collect the right cards. Then Hero Realms is just amazing. Taking their super successful Star Realms. Adding a splash of fantasy and then unique starting decks adds a whole bunch of tactics and approaches to every game depending on not just what other starting class you face but what special powers they have (based on a skill free). Lovely fair levelling systems and you have one of the best deck building games out there. PvP, campaign, PvE, progression it really is the complete package to bring you back to games again and again!
More online players
The game is fantastic but I wish you could play more online players then just 1 and play with more friends
Biased dealing
Similar to Star Realms it deals itself too cards and you get a weak selection.
