I am sorry to give this app a one star review, but the old app optimize.me was free and had better usability, now it redirects to heroic which is payed and doesn’t provide any notable new content. I am grateful for the past content but don’t find removing the old content from the free app fair.

This app is a game/life changer. I have found myself often to read great ideas without implementing them. We all are busy people and so it can be difficult to take action now. This app is a game changer because it helps to identify the values and actions that one wants to live by and helps to take action every day. By choosing to set your identity, your values and actions for the day you start to plan your day very efficiently. With this app you can keep score of all the actions that you actually took and so keep a journal of your steps towards a better life.
I am using the Heroic app for some days now and I can feel the difference it makes already. It helps me to focus on what is important for me and to be consistent. I am convinced that by using the Heroic app consistently one becomes heroic. I can recommend this app very much.
