With HeyMester! you can receive real-time notifications directly on your smartphone or tablet about issues, alarms, and downtime.
In a matter of seconds, you can create and send incidents directly from the App based on the actual error/reason fully integrated with your Incident report system, this saves time and money during downtime and gives your MES support team the perfect start to solve the issues fast and with accurate information.
HeyMester! is designed for engineering teams and operators working on the production floor and can be used without any IT knowledge.
HeyMester! is based on cloud-native full-stack reactive and AI-based architecture with zero planned downtime, and uses secure communication and with biometric face authentication
