ITS VERY HARD TO LOG IN! I DID CHANGED MY PASSWORD FOR 3 TIMES THINKING IT WAS TH PROBLEM AND UNINSTALL INSTALL YOUR UNHELPFUL APP AND YET STILL NOT WORKING!! HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO USE IT DURING TIMES OF EMERGENCY??? PEOPLE ARE SICK AND THIS APP IS GIVING US ANOTHER LEVEL OF STRESS AND DISAPPOINTMENT

yung wait timo mo sa call nila is more than 10 mins pero yung doctor na kakausap sayo is tapos na agad within 1 mins. nakakaasar wala manlang initial kundi papapuntahin ka kaagad sa specialist

Doctors were not so good, they are always on a rush.

I am trying to log in but I forgot my password so I have to reset it but the doesn’t give me a password reset link, even if it says that they sent me a link via email and I didn’t receive any. Done basic troubleshooting and trying it again multiple times. It’s been a week now, doing my best to recover my account but the app doesn’t let me.

I cant log in!

No one’s attending to my email for days. When I call the agent, they kept on insisting to bump the my email even though they already see it. No sense of urgency.

Tried teleconsult. Repeated blasting me messages and calling in different numbers simultaneously. When I answered, the other sode on the lone suddenly can’t hear me.

Login failed even username password is correct. Philcare service 1/10

I WAS TRYING TO LOG IN USING THE CREDENTIALS THAT I CREATED BUT I CAN’T GO THROUGH. IT SAYS THAT I HAD A WRONG USERNAME/PASSWORD EVERYTIME. I TRIED TO RESET OR FORGOT THE PASSWORD BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY LINK IN MY EMAIL. IT’S SO FRUSTRATING. I TRIED TO CALL THEIR NUMBER ALSO BUT IT’S NOT EVEN RINGING
