The app is fine, although I found the use of the word “lock” for “end trip” a little confusing. The scooters themselves are very powerful, you can get straight up the hill in Halifax, it’s very liberating. However, each morning I would set out to fetch coffee and discover there were no scooters within 10 blocks of my hotel, which took some of the wind out of the sails. They could stand to do more scooter rebalancing. Otherwise great.

This app has a lot of issues

Its is a very bad app if you purchase pass no scoter is on very bad app. I dont recommend it to anyone. “Move” is a better app easy to use.

Installed app but not accepting payment by credit cards save 2 but didn’t succeeded. 2 card saved couldn’t even delete them. Finally have to delete the account and uninstalled the app. Couldn’t reach customer care might be because of odd hours. Never faced this issue in any country e scooter app. If this wallet recharge problem was temporary then please fix it.

Used your scooter for the first time. Loved my experience. Love the blinker option and the brakes work great! Some scooters I have used in the past have VERY touchy brakes which makes going down hills difficult. This ride was perfect. Thank you!

I had $20 in my wallet I wanted refunded as I haven’t been in Halifax since July and I’ve contacted a few times through email but no reply. I’ve got a new card since then so a reply would be nice. The money shows that it’s gone from my wallet now too but I never got the money back. When you click other ways to contact nothing happens. I’d really like my money back. Please contact me if u care

The app won’t let me log in due to “fraudulent activity” when I tried to pay. Can’t even make another account.

I rode a scooter around town with my friends and it was fun! So I decided to sign up on my own phone! The app proceeds to charge me $45 for a scooter trip then continued to say the scooter was broken. I only loaded $10 on the app in the first place! I never got to ride and now I lost a lot of money for no reason. Don’t put you’re card into this app it will steal your money.

scooters themselves are fun but the new app isn’t reliable. will lock scooters for no reason, has a wallet system instead of just charging from visa, app is buggy and wont always register if you lock a scooter or if it locks it for no reason. probably wont ride again after getting stranded away from where i needed to be last night
