HGS - Fast-Pass System

I have tried to make an account and login to find out the balance on my HGS. It looked ok when making the account, but could not login to my account, the message received was “ etiketi bulunamadi”. Please solve this issue and make possible for foreign tourists to pay and check HGS online.

I downloaded the app and tried to make an account but it is not possible if you don‘t have a turkish tckn/vkn number

As the title states, it is useless for foreign cars.

For foreigners is not working. Please develop the app in order to also work for foreigners.

For foreigners it’s impossible to register without TCKN/VKN (which is available for turks only), so make an option for foreign people and cars, that are traveling in Turkey. 🇷🇴 The foreign plate numbers are also not accepted to be inserted and thus, it’s impossible for a foreign car to upload the necessary money for the corresponding car. Please solve these problems as well and allow foreigners to pay the HGS for their cars, via this application as well. (Either by plate number, either by Vehicle Identification Number.)🤝

First of all no english option anymore. Second I am not able to check my balance after the last update for my foreign license plate.

There is a lot of carriers from other countries with foreign lorries and you didnt put english language...

the most unfriendly payment system in Europe, this HGS. It has a worse application. until the update you could see the balance, now it's impossible. No english laguage.

Was ok until the last update. Since then I connot see the balance on my ticket for a foreign registration plate. And the available language is just Turkish. Please add English!
