Banks are going for digital and you are so backward in technology, no faceid or fingerprint which are considered more secure than password,Very bad user experience, i couldn’t scan phonepay qr and it doesn’t tell me why? Things are moving branchless banking and you want us to visit bank for nonsense work. What a waste of time and money.

App is outdated

I ve never came across this sort of app. It app asked me to update the app. After updating when I try log in shows unauthorized device. Don’t know how to log on. Sent an email but no response. SA

Doesn’t even function. Immediately after download it asks to download update but shows Error prompt and the app then glitches. Cannot use. Uninstalled and reinstalled again multiple times just to face the same problem.

Useless and worthless and worse mobile banking app and worse customer services very very very very bad app seriously no any improvement worse than anything worse there🤬🤬🤬

If the technology is advancement why hbl is going to 18th century please use the civil mobile banking platform..

This is the worst banking mobile application i have ever used . App interface is very complicated . There is no such change after update .

The usless mobile banking application which has nothing to use as service. Even the Civil Bank App before merger was 1000 times better. Why don't you use the Civil's app rebranding it as you are now merged! 😂😂

I would rate higher if this was 1990
