Great app! (but sadly NO product support)

Super nice app This is a five star app, however,… there is no help section other than an email address. I had some simple questions about the interface and backup capabilities. After sending a request for information on specific aspects of the pro app there has been no response for over a week. I’m giving the app five stars because of its potential. If the developer shows it a little bit of love, this could easily be a top-tier productivity app.
