Very frustrating. You click to add someone and it just sends a link and when they open that link, there is no way to view the camera.

These Cameras and App is Trash, don’t waste your money.

Unable to share with other iPhone users but android users are able to connect. Also monthly subscription is an absolute ripoff

Love watching my birds and for the most part, this works very well. Picture clarity is excellent. Issue 1: When watching playback from sd card it freezes up a lot. If you wait, sometimes it continues and sometimes not. Closing app and coming back a few minutes later helps but the process starts again. Issue 2: I would guess most people using this app are a bit older Our eyesight is not as good as it used to be. Your grid on the battery statistics is light gray on a white background, very hard to see. Black grids would not strain our older eyes. Even the percentages written vertically on the left in black would be better. And don’t forget the written time on the left when using playback. I am 72 yrs. old, and more contrast between colors would be most appreciated. Thank you for your consideration.

I can see the bird in my yard! Have 2 of them. Very nice experience.

Why can’t I change the WiFi router on my camera using this app?? Where is the help section that explains how? Where is a tech support number?

It's amazing that it can suggest what type of bird it is.. im notconcerned if it gets it right all the time or not.. for the main parts about the videos, snapshots, wifi streaming; its been pretty easy and functional, fun to share results with family/friends. Software is pretty nice. dont need to expect it to be microsoft/apple level of sophistication/customizable, just very pragmatically functional. Thanks! Great picture/video quality too.

Not a user-friendly app. And certainly not intuitive. Very frustrating to use. There’s got yo be better apps out there!!!

Camera kills the battery and the charger can’t keep up.

I was so excited about this feeder! The feeder has a great camera, and notifies when a bird comes. I am able to save videos and photos. Took awhile to figure it out so a quick start guide would be helpful.
