I tried to contact the Hidden Team via email in order to get my refund, but they didn’t respond. I just don’t want to pay for an APP that I won’t use for the following whole year. Don’t pay for this APP, folks! It is not worthy. Hidden Team, I never write bed feedback but you really piss me off this time. Hidden team, please at least give me an available email address that I can reach out instead of pretending you didn’t see it.

This tracking app absolutely drains your battery on iPhone or iPad. The tracking is great but it destroys usability. Had to turn it off & remove so defeats the objective !

I hate monthly subscription why not make the app one time payment pro version

Having misplaced my phone on a couple of occasions Hidden has been invaluable in locating my phone. Really useful and the app functions great on my phone.

I have only had to use this app once but I was so glad I had it. Left my phone in a cab. Driver answered, then hung up and denied it until I told him I was tracking him and displayed a message on screen and sounded alerts. He mysteriously ‘found’ it and it was returned that day. Way better functionality than find my iPhone. Highly recommended!

Great app with plenty of additional feautres on top of what findmyiphone offers. And they now have a customer service, too!

New Hidden app is very simple to set up and use. Got all my devices protected in just a few minutes and it does make a difference compared to just using find my iphone.

Got a second mac and extended my subscription and payed for multiple years. Got no credit and have less than a year til expiry. Zero customer service after four emails and a tweet. Theft - will be getting to claim my money back via my credit card.
