They took my money for my Scription and didn’t renew it.!!!!!!!! And I’m not able to login to my account on phone!!!!!!!!

I want to give the app a good rating but it’s so hard to find your episode. I started a new show and fell asleep. Now I can’t go back to previous or next episode. It doesn’t even tell you the title of the show. It’s impossible to find. This app needs to do better. It’s got some good shows it’s just hard to watch

So here is my assessment. First I love the content. The shows are amazing and I am glad that apps like HIDIVE exist to bring this content. However, there are some issues that I wish to bring to your attention that need addressing. First, it’s the inconsistency of logging in. There are times where I periodically would have to sign back into my HIDIVE account just to log back into my device. This is a headache. There is no other streaming media that I have this problem with except for HIDIVE. I recommend that HIDIVE work on this so customers can stay logged in on multiple devices without being logged off and can log off remotely. Most other streaming services already have this feature and it’s years old. It’s time for HIDIVE to get with the program. Second and last, the content itself. I am watching Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon that is streaming on its 5th season and for some reason the 12th episode isn’t available. It just disappeared. This makes no sense. Please address this. I do not want to go to another streaming service for my anime when HIDIVE is probably the one anime source that provides me both sub and dub content not only quickly but efficiently. P.s. do me a solid and get the entire series of Food Wars dubbed and subbed on HIDIVE for crying out loud. It makes no sense that another anime company has seasons 3-5 and you can only see the dubbed or subbed versions of season 2 on another streaming app and I don’t like paying for three different services for the same content.

Basic functionality from a streaming application is missing. There is no way to track where you left off, the history is combine if you forget the name of the anime good luck finding it. Overall, worse experience I had from a streaming service. I hope they fix basic functionalities of a streaming app and it will go a long way.

Why do I have to search the name of the anime again to be able to find the rest of the episodes for that show when I randomly watch a recommended episode?! I should be able to find ALL the episodes EVERYTIME I watch ANY episode. This is extremely tedious and makes me want to move over to a competing app. Crunchyroll DEFINITELY does it better… and it’s sad to say, because I love anime and I want more good apps for it out there.

I can’t watch subtitles comfortably, when pausing to read it covers the subs, besides that it is plane horrible just copy Crunchyroll.

Es la peor aplicación de anime que e visto en mi vida, al principio todo bien pero luego me sacó de la aplicación y me dijo que mi suscripción había expirado APENAS la había pagado 3 dias antes y ya no me dejaba entrar en mi cuenta y cuando intento ingresar de nuevo me dice que mi cuenta no existe y cuando intento crearla de nuevo me dice que la cuenta existe , ósea es una completa mrda, mal, la aplicación muy mal

As much as I enjoy the anime options the UI is lacking some basic functionality like Last watch by series instead of just episode, better lists and recommendations to name a couple.

Anime selection is good. I will explain what makes the cellphone APP trash…. 1. Episodes do NOT display the name of the anime. So, you are left wondering what the anime you just watched is called.. 2.Episodes do not provide a hyper link to the season list so you are left trying to find the name and season… 3.App does not have a “search” function to help you literally search for anime…. 4.The save list seems buggy and not enough options to create better categories. Overall HIDIVE has great potential but is lacking basic functions that every other streaming app in the industry offer….I hope they fix these problems….as a customer, I am super annoyed.
