пришлось посмотреть инструкцию к фото. всё равно пишет, что лицо неправильно расположено. каждый раз. хотя фотографируюсь как надо. оно просто не находит моё лицо -_-

Signed up for the free three day trial. The features were useless for me so I cancelled within an hour of downloading and starting the trial. Even though I cancelled well within the trial period I was still charged. Initial Apple request for a refund was automatically denied. Will dispute this charge with my credit card if it isn’t resolved. Stay away.

The tip descriptions kept talking down about square face shape as if it is something to hide. The wording could be changed to be more positive and empowering vs shaming and “hiding” our face shapes. I liked the tips on a basic level of understanding. I’ll be trying out a few new hairstyles.

Not only is this the only app in the world that would say my face was square shaped instead of oblong or oval, as soon as you pay your $20 you hardly get any information. Very few hairstyles absolutely nothing without having to navigate to other sites and possibly purchase from them, their apps Once again I’ve been taken. I’m so sick of this I could scream. Don’t waste your money on this app …honestly. Cursory information at best and almost no help or substance without having to spend more money. At least another $20 a pop.

It gave me a different face shape every photo I uploaded. Also the example photos they give you, when you try to change the model’s hairstyle the face morphs with it. Totally fake

The app pushed an annual subscription with a 3-day trial. After purchasing, it continued to act like premium wasn’t active. Waste of time.

Does not give accurate results

Paid the $10 monthly accidentally but it’s irrelevant. Showed purchase successful, couldn’t take a selfie in app. Had to take and upload. Then they wanted more money for the premium to actually give you an analysis. The watch and add option was greyed out and couldn’t use. So I paid the premium, couldn’t use it, and was asked for more money. Immediately requesting a refund once the transaction posts.
