Terrible. Couldn’t even set up the account.

This app is an epic failure. In order to sign up they ask questions that are not easy to answer, like what is your employer identification number. What does that even mean? If you try to call you will be put on hold for eternity and then they will hang up on you. Ridiculous. All I want to know is the balance on my wellness card. Why do they make it so difficult?

Absolutely garbage broken app. Laughably bad.

Can’t create new investment account. Can’t select between Managed or Self Directed accounts. Nothing responds on that page

App demands ALWAYS ON access to location services. Leaves notifications that new messages are available and the new message is a demand for location access App will not turn off notification unless you comply

The way this app expects you to verify yourself is more difficult than it needs to be. I have no idea what my employer ID is, and it is next to impossible to locate my own employee ID number that my company gave me.

Love the ease of this app. The ability to see all you account info, the ease of making payments, deposit!! Love this. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Need to upload a receipt of medical expenses… you can’t do that on this app. Need to contact customer service… no link for that on this app.

No way to contact a person.. submitted receipts via fax as requested and continue to send requests for receipts.. and why does every visit need a receipt?

Nothing works. Good luck paying a bill via the app
