If you’re reading this review then it’s probably too late but the app is useless. If you trying to use remotely if you are away from the base station. You either miss a call altogether or when you do answer you can’t hear the caller. You will then need to remove the app altogether and re-install. This solves the problem for a few hours before you need to do the same again. “4 coms” solution is to offer the upgraded phones on a “new” contract at an exorbitant price over 7 years. By the way, you can’t use the app if you have Apple car play installed. They clash

It’s a good idea but when o need it the person on the other end of the phone can’t even hear me so I have to just call them the good old fashion way . Sometimes the phone doesn’t even ring or it sounds like im ringing someone abroad . Very poor and frustrating app

Calls don’t work on the app nothing but issues with it Absolutely shocking Would give it no stars if I could absolute shambles

Pressing the log in button does nothing. Doesn’t tell you how many login attempts you have left or allow you to use an online system to recover username or password, you have to phone them and stay on a line for 25 mins. Avoid if possible.

Awful app and 4com are an awful company. Avoid them, don’t let them sign you into their 7 year contracts

Was fine before the latest update, now it automatically goes into a video call, which can’t be changed, so I can no longer update my no answer greeting.

The most frustrating thing about the app is that it collates your calls from the app and your personal calls from your mobile together in to your recent calls list. So I have reams of office calls to every department on my personal recent calls list - a feature I often use when driving as I have a small list of regular contacts I use which is easy to operate. Now my recent calls are flooded with useless numbers I don’t intend calling back. Can they not be separated or omitted from the device recent calls list?

Love the app as it allows out of office work to carry on seamlessly however there is no function to delete all/missed calls, unless I am missing the obvious

I didn’t think it would be possible for this app to be worse than their telephony kit, but I was wrong. It makes so many phantom calls that it’s impossible to connect your smart phone to any Bluetooth headphones & car kits etc and actually be able to listen to anything. It doesn’t actually call anyone, it just causes these devices to think a call is in progress so it should mute the music. The only way to stop it from constantly happening is to delete the app.
