HiiT Nation provides an effective fitness solution designed to give individuals, families, organisations and schools the opportunity to get fit and stay healthy, with exercises suitable for all ages and abilities that you can do anywhere, any time. Bringing the community together to form clubs and battle each other for a bit of healthy competition, it allows friends, families, teams and departments to challenge each other to train harder, whilst also raising funds for those most in need. The harder you train, the more points and rewards you will earn. Unlock levels and tiers to reveal celebrity workouts, gifts, badges and more. The social platform allows individuals to share updates and posts with friends and family, stay up to date with the latest news from the world of fitness, get tips on health and wellbeing and motivational encouragement throughout their journey.

HiiT Nation currently offers over 300 HiiT Workouts including Bodyweight, Weighted, HiiT Lite and HiiT Singles. HiiT Nation will be introducing more workouts soon!
BATTLES
Battles allow you to challenge friends, family or colleagues to a workout. This can be for fun or monetised for a charity of the individual’s choice. Create a battle in the arena, select the workout you want to battle with, then invite your friends. They have 48 hours to complete the battle - check the battle leaderboard to see where you have come, check your friends’ results and see how much you have raised for charity.
CLUBS
Creating clubs helps to build comradery between friends, family and colleagues. Keep an eye on the member’s stats and encourage them on their fitness journey. Clubs can battle with other clubs for some healthy competition and create league tables.
CHALLENGES
A challenge is similar to a battle, but it is created by a corporate partner (rather than an individual) and must be aligned to their chosen charity. The challenge can be sent to the entire HiiT Nation or may be location-specific.
REWARDS
HiiT Nation offers rewards from apparel, health food and supplements to air miles, mobile data, travel benefits and membership rewards points. Once you have completed all levels within a tier, you will unlock the tier’s associated rewards. Head to your profile page and check ‘my progress’ block to view your rewards. Our rewards partners vary from tier to tier, and location and may change over a certain timeframe.
MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
HiiT Nation offers 4 auto-renewing subscription options:
- Annual membership: one-off yearly up-front payment
- 12 month membership: one-year contract, payment taken monthly
- Quarterly membership: three-month contract, payment taken quarterly
- Monthly membership: one-month contract, payment taken monthly on a rolling basis
Fees are collected upon the completion of your free trial. For monthly memberships, fees are collected monthly in advance. The monthly fee will be charged directly to your chosen payment method. Your membership will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless you inform us 48 hours prior to renewal that you do not wish to renew the subscription. You can manage your subscription in your Account Settings. At the time of automatic membership renewal, the subscription fee will be charged to the card last used by you.
