HIITBURN: Workouts From Home

I love this app, I was hesitant to purchase originally but I’m SO glad I did! There is an incredible amount of content and options on here and they are always adding new things. Everything from body weight to bands to dumbbell workouts focused on building up strength. Mobility and cool down videos too. I love the follow along workouts in the stronger than ever series but it’s great to use the challenge workouts every few months to break it up. Also have access to great nutrition info and just generally fantastic encouragement and support for living a realistic healthy lifestyle!

Terrible customer service!! They will not refund you. I tried to get my complaint sent higher up for consideration and was told they are a small company and will not refund… even though I didn’t want the following year membership . I could understand not refunding a month or two but for a full year? Seems like bad business to me.

Ever since the new iOS update this app has been bugging out. I’m about to cancel my subscription and go to someone else.

I love the app content and structure. And there is content always being added. You all thought of the customer and many people who work that need to be able to get a workout in and get results they want. I love that workouts are easy and safe to follow along to, yet can be challenging. I love the simple yet affective meal plans and the variety in that as well. Thank you!

I love the variety of workouts! I really like the modifications too! I’m on my feet all day and sometimes I’m not into a lot of jumping around, you can still do the work outs modified 😃 I also like the support group on Facebook, real people living life just like me!

This app is awesome. So many options & user friendly. 💪

During the pandemic, with gyms closed early on, I was struggling to find good workouts. This app was a fantastic find. The workout variety is awesome, plus having the built in timed intervals is a game changer, it eliminates the guesswork. Kelsey, and the Hiitburn team, do a great job adding new challenges and sending weekly communications via email. I highly recommend the Hiitburn app, there are workouts for all levels along with workouts ranging from 15 to 45 minutes!

Terrible terrible terrible support. I have tried this twice. The first time (over two years ago) I cancelled due to an injury. The cancellation process was painful. I just tried the free trial and had a chance to see the workouts. They are excellent! I attempted to cancel my trial and planned to join next week. I cancelled early and still had issues. Charged. The process is confusing and the support is also confusing. In my experience the support was awful!!! It’s so disappointing. I really want to purchase for the programs but it’s so frustrating I am not sure I can bring myself to try again. Soooooooo frustrating.

I had to cancel through email. Got an email confirmation response from someone in their customer service department, yet I still got charged this month. I emailed them back saying I was charged, still no response.

I downloaded the App: HIIT BURN on March 22, 2021 through the Apple Store. I deleted the App and Subscription on March 26th. On June 21, I received a notification from Chase that my card was charged. I pulled up my Apple Subscriptions. The HIIT BURN App say my subscription ended on April 5, 2021. Apple says “Select an option to resubscribe.” I had NEVER selected a monthly or yearly subscription. I also noticed that HIIT BURN charged my card May. I had 2 unauthorized transactions from this App. I reached out to the App and they said I never cancelled. I had to cancel through their website or through email. I sent a Photo Proof that the Apple subscription had expired on April 5th. I requested to have a manager call regarding my issue and I was told my customer service: “We don't have a phone center, and don't do business by phone.” I had to cancel my credit card to ensure that this App wasn’t going to charge my card again. FYI: I took screenshots of the reviews from Apple Store showing other customers have had the same issue as me. I am requesting you REMOVE this company and any affiliates associated with this company from Apple Store. They should not be allowed to promote their business or businesses. Please do the right thing and protect your Apple users from this company, so the same issue doesn’t happen to someone else.
