This app is confusing. Whenever a person calls from the gate, I am not receiving an option to open the gate. When I answer the call, it redirects me to the app and I can't hear the other person and I have no options to open the gate. Bad app.

The password and id given to me is not working. Appreciated it if the team can help rectify it. Thanks

10 attempts to login the app, 20 attempts to refresh page to book a facility. Come on! I keep getting a request timeout message. Reinstalled but it doesn’t work.

I have encountered many times of booking a tennis court within my limited monthly quota, but ended up cannot use due to raining weather. Please please do include booking cancellation feature next time update. Would be good if could digitalise MCST fee payment process -now I have to set up manually in bank account without reminds

I find this app very useful as it replace a lot of manual processes as such booking of bbq pits etc. I have also submitted feedbacks to management office.

The recent update to this application is good. Some of the old bugs were fixed and now the app no longer stalls. User interface is cleaner too.

A super useful app. I use it for booking bbq pit and tennis court. I love that the app has announcement and notices which i can read easily. I also use the listed services to clean my aircon
