Hilton Grand Vacations

I am unable to log into this app even though I can log into the website. This is unacceptable for Hilton.

I've had to reset my password multiple times and re-download the app to get it to work, and I still cannot log in

This app constantly freezes on and off WiFi when trying to view the account, payment, points and bookings screens. I always have to revert to the webpage instead of this app. Frustrating at best. I honestly hate it.

I’ve been trying for 6 months to log in. Website works fine. App doesn’t allow it. I’ve followed their instructions on what to do several times.

I don’t understand why HGV can’t get the app right. There was a time when it worked fairly smoothly, now it is essentially junk. It is definitely not what one expects from the Hilton brand as a whole, and definitely not to what one expects from the Grand Vacation experience. A waste of time to download.

The app is the solution to the website not loading to allow a log in. The app doesn’t work either, the screens don’t load to show images or content, and it’s just as useless as a not loading website. This is yet another way that Hilton scams money out of “owners” by creating yet another barrier to using points, in a system with a disincentive for Hilton to even care.

Dashboard Trips: Reports no trips when I have two. Points: Spins away & reports nothing … ever. Account: At least this has my name right. Reports no points even though I have well over 20k. Membership: Spins away & reports nothing … ever. Resorts ?? Bookings: spins away and reports nothing even for open season.

It takes a little practice and fiddling around. The websites about the same though. The biggest part that was hard to figure out where to establish the home week. I think a few information videos on how people use this app for their workflows would be helpful.

Bought 2 years ago and we haven’t booked ANYTHING due to the extreme difficulty and confusion with the process. 2 years and not a single trip booked!! Horrible experience trying to book and even understand the complex booking process, booking window, open season, etc. SO CONFUSING! To add to the already difficult process, the HGV site and app are CONSTANTLY down for maintenance or error message appears!!! We REGRET we ever purchased!

This app crashes, and takes too long to load. This has been an ongoing issues yet to be resolved. Being a billion dollar company, it’d be great to invest in a fix and optimize this app for iOS users. When attempting to schedule vacation and not be able to accomplish a simple task of loading an app that works for people not sitting behind a desk. Yet as of today 11-15-24, zero resolve, making it impossible to schedule vacation. Please for the love of all things, fix this app.
