Hindware Smart Appliances

I’ve bought this water purifier product in 2022. After 2 years of use now I’m looking for genuine paid service from Hindware. But whenever I’m booking in app, they are cancelling themselves and sending message the I have cancelled the service call. I have tried to their customer care executives but still their response is to check with their senior people and get back and no proper support. Such a worst product and service team from useless brand Hindware. If anyone reading this comment, please don’t waste your money in these kind of brands. Pay extra money and prefer good quality products.

The app is useless. No customer service support after the complaint has been registered on this app. It’s been precisely 49 days since I have registered my complaint online. NO ONE has still contacted me. DO NOT PURCHASE HINDWARE PRODUCTS

We paid service charges Rs 500/- But problem is not solved Very poor service

I am using Hindware RO, which fallen down to the floor after 4 month, the technician visited and informed me that will change within 7 days. Now three month completely completed but no response from local or any one from Hindware team. Third class, C grade ( you know what mean C is😀) service. Waste of money BC. Here one lady (Anushree) called me and informed that will done by 10 days and now she is not receiving my calls from past 3 months. Another guy is Himadri who clearly tell me “if you utilised your warranty that you need to wait whatever time required else if you wish to pay I can send you by today only”.Dear Hindware management or board member please look in to this what types of service you people giving. Worst customer care ever I have seen… have been trying to get a service scheduled for the past 3months and #Hindware is just pretending to be contacting service center but they are fit for nothing. Would Never take any hindware products, we took both stove n elica chimney , both always have problems. Chimney issue- multiple hydraulic issues with chimney Staff says never take the slant models go for old models. ( i know should have recorded) Hob issues- Ever heard a burner getting spoiled or is the staff trained to fool the customers not sure. Also issues with its sensors to auto start.Very difficult To clean
