Its good to have how is my machine progress. But i believe this apps can improve alot by showing the status of each machine on location to show availability of the machine. Overall the apps looks good with good functions

Please reduce the minimum topup, RM30 is too high. Sometimes i had to topup RM30 eventhough inside apps i just less RM1.

After picking the option to top up with e-wallet like boost it directs me to online banking. What’s of having boost option-.-

• easy user interface • linked payment to Spay Global (sarawak pay) - this feature actually made me forego other laundry service to mydobi • timer on active order machine makes it easier for me to do other errands and be back on time to pick up my clothes without delay 👍🏻 • locating nearest mydobi outlets feature is also great. All in all love the app. Never gave me trouble

U should reduced it to rm10 atleast. Or RM15. Rm30 is too high. Aiyoo

To Developer, Please put withdrawals option in your apps to ease your user to take out their money from the apps.

Why my apps cannot open?

What a silly apps, minimum top up RM30, who the hell will spend a lots of money to save into a wallet that only used teo or three times a month
