Worst product Worst service Worst staff Now i m thinking why did I purchase A.C from hitachi Only within 1month my A.C not working, not cooling. I had complained they said within 48 hours our tech team will see. Now 15 days passed away their tech team said we don’t have time right now. Kash me pehle ye saare comment padh leti to hitachi se nhi purchase krti.
Not getting otp & not user friendly app. Mail id and contact number also not giving reply. Very disappointing customer service experience.
I have a hitachi 1 ton AC(2022 purchase) which broke down within 1.5 years of its life. No cooling. Technician came and said no gas and it might be a coil issue. Question: how come coil issue comes within such a short period. I wrote several emails to customer service but no luck to receive a proper justification. This type of product should be called back by company. I further drilled down and indeed found there was a leak in coil. Now why customer has to face this repair cost over head. No clarification received. The product broke down again. Last time service team wanted uninstall , reinstall, repair and carrying cost to their service centre from customer. After this is escalated I got the service done and had to pay 4650 repair cost for a product worth less than 40K and age less than 2 years . I was fan of hitachi and was buying their product from 2015. So far bought 5 ACs. Now I have doubt on the quality after coil leaked and this repair cost imposed on customer for a manufacturing quality issue.
The hitachi a/c service is horrible and it will take at least 10 days to two months for you to get service or break down service. That too you should have called them, mailed them minimum 20 times. Check with any hitachi customer who had service issues and they will say the same. Buy any air conditioner which is good in service.

I have been facing an issue with one of their Split AC for over a year. There is a leakage which the Hitachi Service Vendor is not able to fix. Every time you raise a request from the app the vendor cancels the request from the back end saying customer not available. Even though the service engineer comes and looks at the problem. Just because they are not able to fix the problem they cancel request to show that they are productive. I am regretting my purchase and will never buy a Hitachi product again. Also will tell all my family and friends never to buy a Hitachi.
